Value Chain Transformation:
Understanding the Big Picture... Accelerating Business Results

True understanding of the issues and opportunities across an end-to-end Value Chain requires a methodology that enables companies to step back, look at the big picture, and drill down to project-level opportunities. Identifying, prioritizing, and executing business improvement opportunities across the full value Chain (e.g., Supply Chain) is an effort which holds high strategic and financial rewards.

AIT Group uses a structured methodology, and a variety of tools, to derive this big picture level of understanding. Our approach is hands-on, highly interactive, and designed not only to create an understanding of the prioritized opportunity portfolio across the Value Chain, but also to create the "bias for action" necessary for the organization to take the proper steps in the implementation phase. The combination of clearly defined project priorities, together with an organization motivated to drive change, is a proven equation for success.

Join our webinar series through the ISSSP Focused Sessions to learn more about this powerful methodology.

Featured Program

Business Process Management (BPM) and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) are complementary initiatives and together foster business alignment. Successful and sustainable business transformation requires a programmatic approach that includes the technology of BPM and the methodology of CPI. A programmatic approach to process improvement and management:
  • Fosters a close alignment between the various functions of the business and IT
  • Incorporates change management and program management
  • Ensures communication at all levels and
  • Establishes control mechanisms for sustainability
Through these Leadership Circles, ISSSP and Software AG will provide a forum where senior leaders in Six Sigma, Lean, and Process, and IT can discuss transformation, along with critical issues and opportunities that face deployments today. Specifically, we will:
  • Discuss and share ideas for leveraging the tools, techniques and methodologies of these disciplines for greater synergy
  • Explore with peers and industry leaders how might craft a programmatic approach
  • Discover best practices, anecdotes, and examples for achieving this leverage;
  • Network with a special interest group
  • Take away practical ideas that you can implement immediately
Upcoming cities include: Atlanta, GA; Dublin, OH; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; San Francisco, CA; St. Paul, MN and Washington, DC.
