Description:Discussion will explore development of a Learning Chain Model using the SCOR Model of the Supply-Chain Council as a guide. Level-1 Metric identification and definition will be outlined for Delivery Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Asset Management Efficiency as related to training. The basis for comparison will be instructor-led models versus blended training models. Discussion will conclude with a look at ROI impact of improved Asset Management Efficiency in the Learning Chain.
