This workshop is focused around developing people to produce more breakthrough results while accomplishing department/business goals. The Great Discovery can basically alter the DNA of an organization, and when this happens, everyone can begin to produce better, higher value-based results.
The instructional format is a dynamic, highly interactive workshop. Content delivery is made through a series of flash-animation-based presentations that are each reinforced through focused discussion questions, exercises, case studies and/or role play. Each student will complete a project plan to achieve a goal.
