4:30 - 5:15PM | | Delivered At: | 4th Annual Leadership Conference | | | Length: | 40 min | | Description: | In the fifth year of DuPont's corporate-wide Six Sigma journey, Dennis Broughton draws on extensive experience with the key leadership roles in a deployment, including the role of Master Black Belt. After initially utilizing consultants to train their Master Black Belts, a DuPont team developed a comprehensive curriculum that identified eight critical roles of Master Black Belts. As an experienced Champion of the largest SBU deployment in DuPont and the leader of the HR Policies and Practices subteam of the corporate Champion's Network, Broughton participated in designing the overall course, personally created some of the training modules and serves as a Master Black Belt Trainer.
Broughton will discuss each of the eight roles and provide examples of curriculum content. Participants will have the opportunity to gain a clear picture of the many facets of the role of Master Black Belt, from Brand Master to Idea Merchant. The breadth of the various roles offer professionals and deployment leaders perspective on increasing the personal development and the business contribution of Master Black Belts.
