Ms. Bettina Schechter was appointed Director, LM21 Operating Excellence in May 2002 reporting to the Vice President of LM21. Ms. Schechter is responsible for managing the LM21 Operating Excellence Program and for driving the LM21 Operating Excellence principles, tools and results throughout Lockheed Martin Corporation. She joined Lockheed Martin in June 1982.
