Rafael de Ansorena is a Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Lean. He is part of the Program Management Office at Unisys and primarily focused the deployment of Six Sigma Lean across Europe. His Major focus is to help Black Belts, Green Belts and Senior Executives in project selection, coaching and execution activities from Six Sigma efforts.

Prior to joining Unisys, Rafael worked as Master Black Belt and Director for Strategy deployment for Whirlpool Europe where he deployed and embedded the Six Sigma Lean methodology across the business. Before joining Whirlpool, he was a consultant for Juran Institute where he helped companies in Computer Services, Health Care, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Telecommunications develop their Quality programs through Process Re-engineering, installation of Balanced Scorecards, training in Six Sigma, Lean, Measurements and Data Analysis.

Rafael holds an Engineering Degree from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE.
