Description:In today's business climate, companies are taking a closer look at Six Sigma and other improvement projects; demanding greater visibility, accountability and status reporting. Typical questions include:
- How does this project link to department goals, objectives and initiatives?
- How can we ensure the project activity is getting the participation by, and concurrence with, the various departments, regions, business units, etc. that are affected?
- Is there overlap, duplication or possible synergistic connections between projects being undertaken in one area with those of another area?
- How can we efficiently provide "on-demand" visibility and reporting to the diverse set of stakeholders on the status and activities underway on a project, program, or initiative?
This presentation will demonstrate the methodology and tool used to integrate initiative and project management using a web-based application to align, communicate and report objectives, initiatives and project status throughout the organization.
