Presenters from various energy and energy service companies (Chevron, ExxonMobil, Hess, Marathon, and Halliburton) will deliver overviews of how Lean Six Sigma process improvement has been applied in their company. Additionally there will be moderated discussions on topics of interest to the participants via panel and roundtable discussions.
This forum is designed to demonstrate the application of Lean Six Sigma within the energy industry and approaches for broad scale improvements across the complete supply chain. |
