Presenter:Milton Jones
Date / Time:June 2, 2004
Delivered At:5th Annual Six Sigma Leadership Conference
Length:60 Minutes
Description:Milton Jones, the Quality and Productivity Executive for Bank of America, will discuss how the company is taking the next step on its journey to quality by embedding Six Sigma into the company’s culture.

Jones will talk about how Bank of America is moving beyond narrowly defined “projects” that generate revenue and expense benefits for customers, associates and shareholders.
Drawing on examples, he will discuss how Bank of America is working to integrate planning, performance management, measurement, and engineering to create process excellence on a company-wide scale—not only in parts of the company analogous to manufacturing, but also in Sales & Marketing, in Finance, in Personnel, and other support functions.
