Description:Mr. Genheimer will present a case study regarding Seagate's award wining
Design for Six Sigma program. The study will include methodology specifics
featuring statistical design, critical parameter management and systems
engineering. These elements form the cornerposts of Seagate's approach to
Design for Six Sigma.

Additionally, Steve will review planned changes in the company's deployment
planning, including much more focused and modular training, an evolution of
metrics that attempt to monitor and motivate application of DFSS practices
and how operational DMAIC Black Belts align projects with new product
development.
