Description:Director of Technologies Global Reengineering for American Express, will present on the topic of “American Express Technologies: Six Sigma Operational Strategy.” Kim will lead the audience through a journey of Six Sigma progression, from the Company’s initial institution of a handful of Black Belts in 1999 to its current strategy for executing Six Sigma in all facets of the organization.

Kim will discuss how American Express Technologies instituted the Six Sigma program, built a foundation of awareness and support, and then launched its operational strategy. The presentation will also address how Process Management is playing a major role in the execution of Six Sigma at American Express.
