The objective of the Energy Industry Forum is to support the adoption of Lean Six Sigma across the energy value chain. This session will allow leaders from oil and gas exploration and production, refining, and distribution sectors to discuss their experiences with deployments and applications within their companies.

The Energy sector has unique cultural, logistical, and process challenges. Sharing examples of how structured process improvement has been successfully applied in this environment will assist in broader adoption in our industry. This session will deliver insights from each area of energy in 15 minute presentations, followed by moderated discussions on topics of interest via panel and roundtable discussions.
