When we talk about the traits of our successful MBBs, we frequently use descriptions like proactive, problem solver, sense of urgency, systems thinker, comfort with conflict, sales skills, mentoring skills, etc. But, can we measure these traits and are they related to the profile of an MBB? In this discussion we'll take a look at the results from both the ISSSP's Beta Test and Pilot comparing the Skills Profiles of MBBs with the Predictive Index needs assessment.
