Bob is President of Bob Wilson & Associates (BWA), a consulting group that brings an understanding of personality to organizations in the context of “Maximizing Results Through People”. Bob has led his consulting team for 20 years and they currently work with more than 200 clients on a retainer basis. BWA helps organizations create strategy and implement tactics that improve their productivity by understanding and measuring human performance. BWA has brought the value of the Predictive Index System into many 6 Sigma organizations throughout the world.

Bob holds a BS in Psychology from Northwestern University in Evanston and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
