Todd Masser is a Master Black Belt with Specialized Care Services, a UnitedHealth Group company. Mr. Masser has been involved in process improvement and the development, deployment and growth of Six Sigma programs in various consultative and leadership roles within the Healthcare industry for over 9 years.

Currently, Todd is leveraging his experience with the quality and cultural transformation methodologies of Six Sigma, Lean, Work-Out™, and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) to lead the development of strategic alignment, integration of Lean & Change Management with Six Sigma, and the development of Green Belts, Black Belts and MBBs.

Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, he was a MBB with GE Healthcare; where he was dedicated to working with hospitals and hospital systems desiring to understand how to adopt Lean Six Sigma and other specific GE leadership practices.
