Douglas Evans is the Director of Six Sigma Training with Quest Diagnostics. Doug has been involved in the development of both Lean and Six Sigma training along with a short course on the Balanced Scorecard methodology. Doug has been associated with Six Sigma since 1994, is a certified Black Belt with Corning, Inc. (1998), and a certified Master Black Belt with GE Medical Systems (2001).

Doug is currently working on the integration of technology to make Six Sigma training more effective and efficient through blended training and virtual classrooms. He has developed blended training approaches for both Green and Black Belt training for both GE and Quest Diagnostics respectively. His expects to have a blended DFSS class available by the end of May 2006.

Doug has an advance degree in statistics and over 12 years experience in process improvement methodologies in both manufacturing and service processes. He’s been training both Green Belts and Black Belts for over 5 years.
