experience combines a physical workout, helps restore balance and create peace of mind while you connect with
yourself and others. Discover the enchanting spirit of the Southwest as the sun rises over the
pristine Sonoran desert and majestic mountain views.

- Please wear sneakers or hiking shoes, and comfortable clothing suitable for temperatures in the mid 70's. (Unsafe footwear will not be permitted -- this is the desert, and sharp things abound.)
- Sunscreen is recommended.
- Please refrain from wearing lotion with fragrance, which attracts bees.
- INSTANTIS, the program's sponsor, will provide transportation and refreshments, but space is limited. Signup is required. There will be a registration sheet in the Discover Lounge onsite at the event.
