In this talk we will discuss the integration of Lean and Six Sigma with a major Transformation undertaking, such as Supply Chain. A "how to" type of discussion on energizing your Six Sigma community as the vehicle to accomplish supply chain transformation versus allowing a transformation to sprout it's own parallel improvement processes.
