Microsoft’s Six Sigma program targets enabling corporate initiatives by deploy a traditional Six Sigma program at targeted businesses as well as supporting corporate initiatives. Currently Six Sigma deployments are focused on: Sales, Marketing, IT, Ops, Consulting Services and Customer Support Services. Corporate initiatives currently supported by the Six Sigma team are: Efficacy (cost focused), CPE (customer focused) and Microsoft Listening Systems (metrics and business dashboards).
