How is your company responding to the financial crisis relative to the Six Sigma/Lean/Process Improvement personnel and organization? How do your deployment efforts compare to other activities ongoing in your company?

Some initial ideas on discussion topics are:

Are you seeing more or less reliance on Six Sigma/Lean/Process Improvement to support your company's objectives during the crisis? What role is Six Sigma/Lean/Process Improvement really playing in your company these days?
Have you made/considering making changes to your deployment: structure, centralization/decentralization? What objectives are driving the changes?
Has the crisis impacted your procurement of supporting IT systems/tools, i.e.; Instantis, Minitab, PowerSteering, and how?
