Master Black Belt Circles As the only membership organization dedicated to Six Sigma, ISSSP can offer specialized events for Master Black Belt (MBB) professionals. Hosted by eligible Affiliate Program participants, Master Black Belt Circle topics often revolve around performance enhancement, training for advanced new skills, and linking Six Sigma to business strategy and collaboration. These topics are chosen based on member requests and hosted on a first-come-first-served basis. The invitation-only events are typically provided online or on location in conjunction with another event. Past event or roundtable discussion topics have included: Axiomatic design in the DFSS process, use of advanced tools (DOE, MSE) in healthcare, Six Sigma synergy with other quality EMEA initiatives, simulation use in all phases of DMAIC, and deploying DFSS in a service business.
