Master Black Belt Circles As the only membership organization dedicated to Six Sigma, ISSSP can offer specialized events for Master Black Belt (MBB) professionals. Hosted by eligible Affiliate Program participants, Master Black Belt Circle topics often revolve around performance enhancement, training for advanced new skills, and linking Six Sigma to business strategy and collaboration. These topics are chosen based on member requests and hosted on a first-come-first-served basis. The invitation-only events are typically provided online or on location in conjunction with another event. Past event or roundtable discussion topics have included: Axiomatic design in the DFSS process, use of advanced tools (DOE, MSE) in healthcare, Six Sigma synergy with other quality EMEA initiatives, simulation use in all phases of DMAIC, and deploying DFSS in a service business. Master Black Belt Circles are scheduled to coincide with other industry events. Look for invitations throughout the year. Expanding Social Networking & Interactions Social networking is one of the key cornerstones of ISSSP. Our organization allows practitioners across companies, industries and regions of the world to interact freely, compare best practices, query each other on key topics, and to use their peers as "sounding boards" regarding their most critical issues. The continued development of Web 2.0 technologies provides us with the opportunity to expand our members' interactions.
