| Host: | Advisa | | Category: | Workshop | | Facilitated By: | Todd Gross | | Date/Time: | October 25, 2004 | | Delivered At: | Organic Growth and Innovation | | | Length of Session: | 180 Minutes | | Description: | After we gather the data to analyze that we believe will improve and enhance customer retention and expansion, does there still seem to be something missing? How are we measuring the people themselves who lie behind the data? Can we define, measure, analyze, improve and control the "intangible" variables that are the people? Have we left the people out of the definition of the problem to our detriment? Are there tangible, measurable differences between people that allow us to structure solutions that further enhance productivity?
Todd Gross, Senior Consultant with Bob Wilson & Associates and Predictive Index, will discuss how he is able to accurately measure that previously intangible cause and effect relation of personality to performance. For example, customer service departments and sales departments have understood that some people are better at cultivating existing accounts while others are more interested and better suited to finding new business. Todd will discuss Predictive Index, a statistically validated tool that identifies those personality measures that directly relate to work. He will also demonstrate how this tool can be used to enhance productivity. Those interested may take a Predictive Index survey prior to the presentation to assess what data it provides about themselves and thus be able to evaluate its use as a Black Belt tool.
