Tom Carroll is the Vice President of Product Management at PowerSteering Software where his primary responsibility is to collect Voice-of-the-Customer data from Operational Excellence practitioners to drive the product roadmap. Prior to PowerSteering, Mr. Carroll was Vice President of Product Management at Syncra Systems, now part of Oracle Retail. Mr. Carroll first became involved in Six Sigma nine years ago by becoming a Black Belt while working as a Process Development Engineer at Polaroid Corporation. Mr. Carroll's education includes both an MBA and MS in Material Science earned as a Fellow in the MIT/Sloan Leaders for Manufacturing graduate program.
