Roxanne O'Brasky

Roxanne O’Brasky recognized the need for a professional organization to build a community addressing the requirements of corporate executives, industry experts and professionals committed to Six Sigma principles. In 2001, she founded the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and currently serves as its president. Today, ISSSP is the only professional membership society dedicated to the advancement of education, research and implementation of the Six Sigma methodology.

Her diverse 22-year career has touched the Six Sigma deployments of recognized companies that include Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), Allied Signal, Bombardier, Whirlpool, Siebe, Seagate Technology, Toshiba, McKesson, Dow Chemical and DuPont. In her roles as founder of two Six Sigma support companies, Roxanne was responsible for the design of several widely used tools for the deployment of Six Sigma, which have become the industry standard.

Roxanne has gained a unique perspective on the needs and concerns of all constituents involved in implementing Six Sigma, from C-levels to management to the professional practitioners and the consultants. And she has been a dominant force in recognizing and developing strategic programs in support of the understanding and adoption of Six Sigma.
