IBM Global Business Services (Deployment Leader)

Christine Gannon a Service Integration Leader for IBM Global Services supporting the American Express Account with responsibility for insuring the integrity of the processes used to support the client and continuous improvement of American Express outsourced processes. In addition, her organization provides IT Services Management and Lean Six Sigma strategy and implementation. Christine also has responsibility for developing ITIL solutions that will enable IBM and American Express to leverage new and existing technologies.

Christine has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of quality and process improvement in technologies including marketing, administration, operations, information security and business recovery.

She holds a dual degree from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the International Six Sigma Professionals organization.
