- Initialization - a program that facilitates the deployment team and creates the necessary infrastructure for a successful program implementation
- Program Management - To ensure the successful implementation of the TGD Program, the program manager directs all phases of the deployment roll out as defined from the Initialization Process.

Roxanne Britland is highly regarded as a visionary and leader for Lean Six Sigma deployments. She is one of the few fortunate to have been involved with Six Sigma from inception. She has been a dominant force in recognizing and developing strategic programs in support of company-wide initiatives. Among her accomplishments, she created and designed one of the first Initialization programs that facilitates the deployment team's strategy and goals while creating the necessary infrastructure for a successful implementation.
While in this role, she was able to gain a unique perspective on the needs and concerns of all constituents involved in a deployment, including C-levels, management, professional practitioners and the consultants. She then realized there was a gap in industry for a professional organization to support six sigma practitioners. In 2001, she founded the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and currently serves as its Founder and President. Today, ISSSP is the only professional membership society dedicated to the advancement of education, research and implementation of the Six Sigma methodology.
She has most recently founded the Discovery Community, a professional membership organization for people and organizations interested in networking and learning within the community of leaders and practitioners of The Great Discovery - the recently announced methodology created by Dr. Mikel J. Harry.
Roxanne is an effective facilitator, project manager, and project coach. She has worked with many organizations and work teams on transferring knowledge with a focus on each student getting results from their training and application experience , thus ensuring organizational goal achievement . Having been in the performance management field for nearly two decades, she has strong interest and experience with performance methodologies. Her passion is facilitating and coaching people in order to bring personal and professional growth and achievement to their specific needs.
