2012 Master Black Belt Program:
An MBB Program unlike any other....where student becomes teacher
Consider the AIT MBB program to fill the training gap you may have for one to a few MBBs.
A Master Black Belt possesses the highest level of mastery of the tools, techniques and concepts associated with Six Sigma.
AIT's MBB program is unlike any other you have experienced. Unlike many MBB offerings, AIT's focuses on building the DEPTH of MBB Candidates understanding of the core Six Sigma tools by having the student also teach. Seventy percent of our MBB trainings are focused on having each student prepare and teach the lean six sigma materials to the MBB class. Students are supported in many ways and given feedback on their preparation, understanding of the material and delivery after each teaching session. The remainder of the time is spent on covering advanced topics in DOE, regression, ANOVA and topics regarding the "soft side" of LSS relating to teaching skills, team dynamics and change leadership.
Our MBB program is the whole package. In addition to the student becoming teacher, our multi-dimensional approach draws on Six Sigma, Lean and Business Process Models and will provide a more holistic view of how your corporation creates value. All programs provide common language and terminology. All have their place, but it is the synergy that brings the greatest results.
The AIT Group is offering our 6-week Master Black Belt Training Program, starting in August, 2012. The proposed location is Tampa Bay, Florida.
