The president of SBS, Marsha A. Carnes, holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology, with a major in Measurement and Statistics. Dr. Carnes has 20 years of experience in Statistical Design and Analysis and Survey Design and Analysis. She has provided Strategic Planning workshops in a variety of settings such as health care, manufacturing, and both large and small businesses. Dr. Carnes is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a Senior Examiner for the Florida Sterling Council. Statistical Business Solutions is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

 | 2009 Cancellation Announcement
It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of our 2009 Leadership Conference. Over 80% of the members we have spoken with confirm that conference and travel budgets are virtually eliminated for 2009 due to the economic recession and current financial restrictions. The ISSSP team has decided to support this Voice of the Customer data and cancel this year's conference, a first in our ten years of hosting this event.
Reserve My Spot for 2010 Leadership Conference
Our focus and efforts now shift to building a robust 2010 program. To that end, we have set up a reservation system allowing you to reserve your spot now and receive the early-bird registration discount for next year. There is no fee to make a reservation and it does not commit you to attendance. We will communicate to those on the reservation list during the 4th quarter of 2009 to better determine your actual interest and commitment at that time. Due to our community of experts ability to manage change and their commitment to performance excellence, we remain optimistic and confident that all of our organizations will weather this storm and emerge even stronger.  | |
